Royal stay feeling, the entrance lobby and interiors are elegant and beautiful! The room was tidy n clean. Service also good. The view of the city from the balcony is superb. It's just that it's in the outskirts and you won't find any nearby shops. Veg buffet was also OK. Good for family.

Rooms were fine but did not justify the price. It's a little outside the city hence it's better if you have your own transport. Hotel is neat and clean with good staff.

Rooms are old style with all wooden furniture (including bed and large door). The ceiling is also double height than normal hotel rooms, giving a vibe of haveli style rooms. Staff is also very helpful. The lady at the reception is very kind and gentle and helped us a lot during our stay.

Worst hotel in my Jaisalmer trip. I repeat the worst hotel. Far away from the city. Hotel management has bad attitude toward guests. I waited 1 hour in my car to do the check in. No toiletry provide. Just ,1 rs soap and shampoo. They unnecessary serve buffet. all money minded people just to loot you. Better to search another hotel.

The overall experience was marvelous especially breakfast. I love their services as well. Manager and other staff is highly skilled and polite. Palace is well managed and clean.

We took it for 1 night in jaisalmer. It was fab experience. The staffs were so polite and helpful. The room and the hotel ambiance is so good that gives a feeling of staying in a palace. I would suggest everyone to choose Jaigarh Palace whenever you visit jaisalmer.

Great hotel, their rooms, service, food everything is great. Very nice people, their service, hospitality is superb. Had a pleasant stay here with family. Really great.

Very nice hotel with a smiling n caring owner. Bit away from core jaisalmer. Hotel started in 2018. Huge rooms. Got upgradex to a better room. Maintenance of washrooms could have been bettet. Breakfast okayish. But they prepared magii for my kid on extra payment. Recommendex for travellers with a vehicle. No drivers room.
